A major consideration in our strategic thrust to make CXC a globally competitive body requires attention to quality assurance. We need to make quality assurance a pervasive element in everything that we do. The evolving structure includes a senior position as SAR Quality Assurance. The SAR QA will serve as the leader on all quality assurance matters (including the move towards ISO 9001 certification for the Council), and as an internal auditor of our processes and products.
