Replacements of Lost/Damaged Certificates

Holders of CSEC and CAPE qualifications whose official certificates / diplomas have been lost or severely damaged, may be issued replacements.

The conditions for issue of the replacement certificates/diplomas are that:

(i) A declaration of loss on the application form which is available on this site, and duly notarised as prescribed on the form, must be submitted to the Registrar at the Council’s Headquarters;
(ii) Payment of BDS $210 by the applicant must be made on submission of the application. The sum covers the costs of administration, search and postage by registered mail; and
(iii) The replacement certificate / diploma will be annotated accordingly.
