CXC Equivalent Certification to US standards | Caribbean Examinations Council

I would like to find out what is my CXC equivalent to in the US - is it similar to a Associate - College Degree how can I find this information out.
I have several CXC Certifications including London Based. Can anyone help me please. I called T&T Embassy and the person told me there was no equivalence just to have the results verified.

There must be some way I can tell my US employeer so that they can understand my level of education.
