Seasonal Workers

CXC recruits seasonal staff during the period May to August of each year. The categories recruited are:

Job Title Minimum Requirements
  • Pre-Examinations Assistant
  • Examinations Processing Assistant
  • Post Examinations Assistant
  • 2 CSEC® subjects
    OR
    3-5 years relevant experience (at CXC®)
  • Relevant CCSLC and CVQ certification

OR Equivalent

General Worker
  • Proven ability to read and write
  • Medical Certificate of Fitness
  • Supplementary Clerk
Data Entry Operator
  • Proficiency in data entry to be proven by a test
  • Supplementary Clerk – Accounts
  • 5 CSEC subjects
  • 5 CSEC subjects including Maths/POA and English A (POB would be an asset)
  • Relevant CCSLC and CVQ certification

OR Equivalent

Persons are not eligible for seasonal employment with us if they or any of their close relatives wrote any of our examinations during the relevant period.
