EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR – 2014
There were five employees vying for the employee for the year for 2014. These were Esther Leacock from the Examination Administration and Security Division, Heather Herbert from the Human Resource Division, Deborah Haynes from the Information Systems Division, Kath-Ema Armstrong for the Archive and Records Management Unit and Frankey Worrell from Examinations Development and Production Division. Mr Frankey Worrell was awarded the runner up for employee of the year.

Ms Kath-Ema Armstrong emerge the winner for Employee of the Year for 2014. Kath-Ema can be described as consistent as she has been performing consistently well over a protracted period. Amongst other things, she is described as vocal, articulate and quite knowledgeable about her role. She is always willing to participate and promote CXC events and activities. Congratulations to Kath-Ema Armstrong!
