CXC Customer Satisfaction Survey
The Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) has contracted the National Initiative for Service Excellence (NISE) from Barbados to conduct its customer satisfaction survey.
During the next few weeks, you may be contacted via telephone, e-mail or in person by personnel from NISE who will extend an invitation to you to participate in the survey.
Letter to Stakeholders regarding Customer Satisfaction Survey

I appreciate the endeavour and the progressive thinking of the syndicate in organising this. I will avail myself.
CSEC needs to revisit the scheduling of exams to accommodate all levels of students. I teach in a school where it is difficult for students to write English, Mathematics and Principles of Accounts consecutively.
The 17th, 18th and 19th of May 2016.
I feel so strongly about I intend to lobby with the Government of Trinidad and Tobago to express my displeasure.
Some students come from a different place and I teach such students who need two days in between Mathematics and Principles of Accounts to stand a fair chance.
In the cover letter I was simply addressed as “Dear Marshall”. I guess the title is omitted because it is easier for the sender. However, this omission makes me feel uncomfortable, somewhat devalued.
The Ms./Mrs./Mr. does make a difference.
Dear Mr Cumberbatch,
Thank you for the invitation to participate in the Customer Satisfaction Survey. I will provide feedback on same to the best of my ability based on my experiences with the Council.
I need to speak to someone urgently re. travel arrangements to Barbados in July. I have been calling the office and sending emails but no one responds. If message is received, can I get a number or email address that will allow me to speak with the appropriate person.
Thank you in advance.
Peart is asking is it possible to be given a chance to mark other areas such as cape Biology so i can get some added experience? Each year there is a comment about the labs but i need more feedback on what is needed.
Marking might help. Thank you
