CXC Sponsors two SPISE Students

CXC continues to encourage the development of high-technology science and engineering leaders and entrepreneurs in the Caribbean with the continued sponsorship of two students in the Student Program for Innovation in Science and Engineering or SPISE programme ran by the Caribbean Science Foundation during the summer at the Cave Hill Campus of UWI.

The two students sponsored by CXC this year are Jason Salmon and Jenalyn Weekes. Jason is a student at Campion College in Jamaica, while Jenalyn is a student of the Montserrat Community College.

Jason and Jenalyn will be among 25 students from across the Caribbean who will present their final project on Saturday 12 August after completing four weeks of the SPISE 2017 programme, which ran from July 15 to August 13.
