The word stakeholder is the most popular word at CXC and there is a very good reason for that. The mission and mandate of CXC are centred on its stakeholders. They are special to us. We endeavour to not only be the premier provider of globally competitive examinations and certifications, but also to provide premium support to those in the communities we serve. To help us do this, CXC has unveiled a new and improved self-service support portal. The support portal boasts of an extensive knowledge base and a community forum. It is integrated with the CXC Facebook page and Website. Users can submit support tickets, track those tickets and provide valuable feedback from their e-mails, CXC website, Facebook and our mobile app that will be launched in 2016.
