BRIDGETOWN, Barbados – The Caribbean Examinations Council® (CXC®) has announced that in the interests of protecting both staff and stakeholders, and to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19, the Council has taken the decision to close its Eastern Zone Office in Barbados and extended the closure of its Western Zone Office in Jamaica, from Monday 30 March 2020, until further notice. The Council’s decision is consistent with established national protocols in controlling the spread of the virus.
In the interim, staff will be working remotely from home to maintain the core functions of the organisation.
