Through the development of a CCSLC® Syllabus in Digital Literacy the Caribbean Examinations Council is therefore seeking to create learners who collaborate and communicate effectively; are creative and innovative thinkers; can gather, evaluate and use information effectively; use their critical thinking skills to solve problems and make informed decisions; understand human, cultural, ethical and legal issues in using technology as well as demonstrate an understanding of technology concepts, and proficient use of systems and operations.
