Ms Angela Lowe joined the staff of the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC®) in August 2017 as the Quality Manager. Effective 4 August 2021, Ms Lowe was appointed Senior Manager, Corporate Planning and Strategic Management.
In this role, Ms Lowe is responsible for the effective and efficient planning, management and coordination of the Corporate Planning and Strategic Management process. She is tasked with monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Council’s strategic and operational plans at the divisional and department/unit levels to ultimately ensure the Council achieves its goals and objectives.
Among her qualifications, Ms Lowe possesses a Master of Science in Quality Assurance, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and is certified in Health and Safety, Environment Management, ISO 9001, and Enterprise Risk Management.
Ms Lowe is also a Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) of the Balanced Scorecard Institute (U.S.A).
