Senior Manager, People, Culture and Change Human Resources

Mrs Lilian Eva Polydore-Williams has been appointed as the new Senior Manager, People Culture and Change at the Caribbean Examinations Council, effective 16 October 2023. Mrs Polydore-Williams has responsibility for developing human resource policies and programmes for the organisation, strategic human resource planning, compensation and benefits management, recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, and employee and industrial relations.

Mrs Polydore-Williams has an impressive career spanning over 15 years of senior management experience and a remarkable 20 years of hands-on field expertise.  During her tenure at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), she gained extensive experience in multicultural environments.

Among her academic qualifications, Mrs Polydore-Williams possesses an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies with First Class Honours from University of the West Indies (UWI), Cave Hill Campus. Additionally, she holds postgraduate certifications in the Balanced Scorecard Performance Management System from Kaplan and Norton Bootcamp and in Project Management and Strategic Human Resource Management from the UWI Institute of Business in Trinidad. She has also gained Human Resource and Compensation Committee Certification from the Caribbean Governance Training Institute and the Saint Lucia Board Certification.
