Registrar of CXC, Mr Glenroy Cumberbatch presented a paper at the UWI School of Education 2017 Biennial Conference hosted from 20 to 23 June at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa, Montego Bay, Jamaica.
The Registrar’s presentation was entitled “The Caribbean Examinations Council: Advancing 21st Century Trends through Creative Innovations in Teaching, Learning and Assessment.” His presentation examined CXC suite of offering, New Generation CAPE subjects, integration of cognitive/vocational competencies, development of critical 21st century skills through teaching/learning and assessment and future directions.
The conference was held under the theme “Envisioning Future Education: Cross-Disciplinary Synergy, Imperatives and Perspectives.”
