August and September will be busy months for CXC as the Council convenes several stakeholder engagements in Participating Countries.
The first will be the release of the May/June 2018 examinations results ceremony to be held in Grenada on Friday 10 August 2018. This event will be hosted at St George’s University Campus.
A few days later, CXC will collaborate with three private education institutions in Dominica to host an education fair in Roseau. The private institutions participating in the fair are Lead Institute, Business Training Centre College and Academix School of Learning. The fair will be held on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 August outside Jays Bookstore on Independence Street in Roseau. The fair starts at 9:00 am on both days.
On Monday 20 August, CXC will convene a meeting with the executive members of the Caribbean Association of Principals of Secondary Schools (CAPSS) at its headquarters in Barbados.
CXC will then host a one-day engagement with government human resource professionals from across the region on Monday 27 August. The one-day session will give government human resource professionals a comprehensive understanding of CXC qualifications and how each qualification can be used to meet their recruitment needs.
On Friday 31 August and Saturday 1 September, CXC will partner with the Ministry of Education in Guyana and private education institutions to host a private education fair in Georgetown, Guyana.
