CAPE® Accounting Syllabus 

For Private Candidates sitting the CAPE® Accounting examination in May/June 2023, please note that for Paper 032 the focus will be on Financial Reporting in Partnerships as follows: 

– characteristics, formation, financial reporting, and financial performance; and, 

– conversion to other forms of business organizations. 

CAPE® Animation and Game Design 

Please note that the list of animations and games for the CAPE® Animation and Game Design School-Based Assessment (SBA) published April 2021 remains in effect for examinations in May/June 2023. 

CAPE® Literatures in English Syllabus 

Reference is made to the correspondence dated 27 January 2022 in which the listed textbooks in the existing CAPE® Literatures in English Syllabus were stated for retention up to 2025, please note that the active syllabus will be examined up until May/June 2023. Accordingly, a revised CAPE® Literatures in English Syllabus with a NEW list of prescribed textbooks will be released in 2023 for teaching September 2023 and first examination in May/June 2024.
