“The CPEA programme has so many aspects where the student has opportunities to develop his or her interpersonal and intrapersonal skills through various individual presentations and teamwork exercises.
The programme allows students to review work as a collection rather than in isolation. Pupils are given the opportunity to see growth/ progress in their performance when items are viewed as a collection of work.
Pupils are also given the opportunity to have a critical eye on work presented by their classmates. This practice is an extremely good technique as it forces the students to fully grasp the concepts and have a clear understanding of what is expected in order for them to critique another’s work. Having this understanding and knowledge, pupils are then better able to produce a higher standard of work for themselves.”
