CXC/USAID STRENGTHENING SECOND CHANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMME

The Caribbean Examinations Council® (CXC) in association with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) launched the Strengthening Second Chance Education Programme (SSCEP) in October 2012.
