The May 2017 issue of the Caribbean Examiner magazine is here! The issue features tributes to veteran regional educator and long-time CXC consultant Dr Desmond Broomes who passed away earlier this year. The tributes reveal various dimensions of Dr Broomes’ life and his impact on the people he interacted with.

The second half of the magazine reports on the Regional Top Awards programme hosted in Barbados in late November and early December. Some of the top awardees share their memories of their Barbados experience and there is a report on the awards ceremony and decisions from the Council meeting, both held at the Barbados Hilton Hotel.
